Job Description

Role Overview

MOUNTFIN FINANCE seeks two professionals for Bindura to review credit requests, market services to prospective borrowers, and manage debt recovery. The selected candidates will evaluate applicant financial details, determine creditworthiness, and foster lasting client relationships.

Core Duties

Review and assess credit submissions by inspecting applicant financial data. Identify prospective clients through active marketing to maximize satisfaction. Oversee debt recovery processes and operate out of Bindura.

Qualifications & Prerequisites

Applicants must possess a Degree or Higher National diploma in Commercials alongside a minimum of 1 year of professional background. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal competencies, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and solid decision-making capacity. Background in SME lending and holding a driver’s license serve as beneficial advantages.
