Role Overview

NetOne is seeking a candidate for a Customer Experience position based in Harare. The successful applicant will engage in organizational operations requiring a relevant higher education credential achieved within a strict timeframe and solid foundational school passes.

Qualifications and Criteria

Applicants must hold a relevant degree from an accredited higher education institution, attaining a minimum classification of an Upper Second Class (2.1) or an equivalent grade achieved during the past two years. Additionally, candidates are required to present five O Level passes encompassing both Mathematics and English Language, alongside two A Level passes. Ideal participants exhibit strong collaboration capabilities, robust interpersonal communication, high adaptability, internal motivation, and an inquiring mindset. Restrict submissions to a single chosen field.
