Role Overview

cakefairy1 is hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager for their Fairy Cafe Harare branch located in Harare, Zimbabwe. The incoming professional will oversee daily dining establishment activities, guide personnel in maintaining menu standards, and ensure superior food and beverage delivery.

Key Duties

The appointed individual will direct everyday eatery functions, supervise staff members to preserve culinary and beverage excellence, track revenue performance, manage inventory levels, and handle monetary transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must possess a Degree in Business Management, Food and Beverage Management, Hospitality Management, or a comparable discipline. A minimum of 2 years of applicable background in café, restaurant, or dining service supervision is required. Candidates need demonstrated expertise in inventory oversight, employee leadership, financial tracking, and revenue evaluation. Proficiency with Point of Sale software, basic accounting records, and safety sanitation regulations is essential. Strong communication capabilities, leadership talent, and resilience under demanding operational timelines are expected.
