Role Overview
probfix is offering an intensive 2-year practical training placement in Harare designed to integrate ambitious academic qualifiers into the financial services sector. Participants will engage in active workplace duties, professional rotation, and direct mentorship from experienced leadership with the objective of transitioning into confirmed organizational positions.
Key Requirements
Applicants must hold a relevant degree, diploma, or higher national diploma from an accredited tertiary institution or professional body in disciplines such as Real Estate, Microfinance, Economics, Business Management, Accounting, Law, IT, Marketing, Risk, Human Resources, or related fields. Prior practical exposure through previous work placements, internships, or attachments covering at least 1 year serves as a distinct advantage. Candidates must demonstrate honesty, strong interpersonal communication, a solid work ethic, and a genuine eagerness to acquire new skills. Mobility across Zimbabwe and availability for field assignments are mandatory conditions. Eligible participants must be under 30 years of age.
