Role Overview

CSO HOMES & SECURITY CO. is seeking a female candidate based in Harare to drive sales for security solutions, gates, and fencing products. The role focuses on identifying prospects, presenting company offerings, delivering quotations, and securing agreements while sustaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will identify and nurture prospective leads, pitch services and goods directly to buyers, compile and dispatch quotations, finalize transactions, guarantee client contentment, and foster enduring consumer connections.

Requirements

Applicants must identify as female, reside in Harare, possess proven sales expertise—with background in security, fencing, or construction considered an advantage—and demonstrate strong communication coupled with negotiation abilities. Additional mandatory criteria include being self-driven, target-oriented, possessing personal transport, and holding a valid driver’s licence. Compensation operates on a commission-only basis.
