Role Overview
Triangle Ltd seeks a qualified professional to oversee operational activities and financial planning for the Front-end department in Harare. The appointee will track manufacturing conditions, troubleshoot plant issues, and propose equipment adjustments to optimize throughput and extraction standards. Responsibilities involve coordinating cane inventories with haulage teams to support continuous milling, reporting mechanical faults, and enforcing workplace discipline. The incumbent will also draft safe operating protocols in line with organizational safety benchmarks, conduct staff training, and champion environmental and food safety management systems.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must hold a B.Eng. Honours degree in Chemical Engineering, backed by five years of operational background within a sugar production or related environment. Possession of a Sugar Technology credential serves as an advantageous asset. Candidates need strong leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, familiarity with occupational safety practices, and the capacity to mentor personnel under demanding conditions.
