Role Overview

Diaspora Homes seeks a dedicated professional to promote land developments and residential properties in Harare. The position focuses on driving customer acquisition, engaging prospective buyers, and achieving company growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

The chosen candidate will source new prospects, facilitate site visits, and guide leads through the purchasing pipeline. Additional duties involve contributing to digital advertising efforts, sustaining positive customer connections, tracking metrics, and producing regular progress reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must present a minimum of 1 year’s proven experience in property sales, real estate and property marketing, paired with a valid clean driver’s licence. Candidates need active registration with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe or a willingness to obtain the EAC certificate. A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, sales tracking, and social media promotion is necessary alongside strong negotiation abilities.
