Role Overview

SuccessBank seeks motivated individuals to operate as Power Agents in Harare, Zimbabwe. This full-time role focuses on marketing financial offerings, onboarding new customers, nurturing ongoing client relationships, and meeting established sales goals while delivering high service standards. Professionals in this position are expected to maintain current knowledge of industry trends and banking merchandise.

Candidate Criteria

Applicants must be at least 40 years old and possess a valid Class 3 driver’s licence alongside a mandatory police clearance. Candidates must also demonstrate knowledge of their respective local catchment areas. Prior sales background is required, with previous experience in the financial sector considered an advantage. Ideal candidates display strong interpersonal abilities and a self-driven, target-oriented work ethic.
